Doors open at 5pm tonight! Heats will start at 6 and run every 20 min. That’s will give everyone a little time to get together with their judge before starting. We can only run the number of people per dumbbells sets we have. (I’m home and can’t remember exactly how many that is! Lol) see y’all tonight!!!!!!

The WOD is up! Fri, 3/3/2017 Crossfit CFG Open WOD 17.2 Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of: 2 rounds of: 50-ft. weighted walking lunge 16 toes-to-bars 8 power cleans Then, 2 rounds of: 50-ft. weighted walking lunge 16 bar muscle-ups 8 power cleans Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds. Doors will open at 5pm! Come in and mobilize, stretch and start getting warm. Heats will begin at 6pm. We need judges! This is a great WOD that should allow us to run quite a few people at a time! But that requires judges too. We will review standards at 5:45pm!!!!
