Doors open at 5pm tonight! Heats will start at 6 and run every 20 min. That’s will give everyone a little time to get together with their judge before starting. We can only run the number of people per dumbbells sets we have. (I’m home and can’t remember exactly how many that is! Lol) see y’all tonight!!!!!!

The WOD is up! Fri, 3/3/2017 Crossfit CFG Open WOD 17.2 Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of: 2 rounds of: 50-ft. weighted walking lunge 16 toes-to-bars 8 power cleans Then, 2 rounds of: 50-ft. weighted walking lunge 16 bar muscle-ups 8 power cleans Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds.
